Yeah that one fills up fast if you're not in there before 1800ish. It only has about 20ish spots or so. Usually only those who know the area park there. The travel Mart itself ain't much to write home about—then again, none of the Go Marts are—but it is there. Now, with that said, there are also a few hotels at the next intersection before the turnpike that at one point had some truck parking, but as I understand it one of them just recently got filled in with something. I haven't been back down that hillside since then to know whether it's still open or not.
I don't know how to search individual threads so I don't know if anyone has said Bentonville, AR. With all of the trucks that Walmart brings to the area, the fact that there's only a small Pilot and a few other small places is ridiculous.
That's one of the wealthiest counties in the US. Good luck getting a truck stop of any kind built there. The one in Sheboygan will have to do, I'm afraid.
That's another one of the wealthiest places in the US. Again, good luck getting any kind of truck parking built there. Most of the places that are there predate the BIG Walmart money. And many of the little places scattered about have closed.
Noooo! The one in Comfort is close enough, although they need to double the size of their parking lot. But Austin definitely needs a lot more truck parking, so maybe one in Buda, another one in Del Valle, and one more in Georgetown.
