could probably just stick it inside a heated bay at their yard in Gary and get it heated enough to unload.

Our mechanic bays are kept around 70ish and the tank wash is 60, so if we have a temp sensitive load that needs to sit it goes in there overnight/weekend.

I believe once some caustic drops below a certain temp, it's ruined.

Sitting here at the plant in Jefferson City hoping to get unloaded early like I have done 3 of the last 4 times here. Tank farm office is locked up and don’t see anyone here.

Read a sign on the door saying we aren’t supposed to sleep at the plant or idle. Unloader told me it was ok 2 weeks ago. It might be a box truck policy.

I might need to stop coming in early on these. It was nice having a clean 14 upon leaving and getting ahead of rush hour St Louis on the way back.

It shouldn't be. It's just NaOH. At the ethanol plant we would put steam on the valve. It would set up pretty good in those lovely 12'F Chicago days. Our valve would need steam on it too.

Loading in graham nc take to Flint group co Indianapolis, says weigh heavy before an light after delivery. Scales at bottom of Indy and unload at top but it pays no miles for any of this. Sounds like I got jewed on this one lol... mean no offense to nobody.. just a saying.. I bet I can turn it in or something.. I will just turn in 1 hour for time spent running all over Indy to weigh..
