Which companies have waiting list to be hired

    Just out of curiosity why do you say so? If someone had a few years of experience and clean driving record if be likely to agree to that comment. But some one straight out of CDL school, I do not know if there would be a better company to train with.

    just because they arent anything special, there should be a bunch of other companies that will hire him for similar pay and benefits...

    I don't know many companies that pay holiday pay, a summer and winter bonus, as well as a very obtainable safety bonus. Also new drivers are paid by the mile instead of a weekly salary while training (I don't know if any other company does that). So if you run like a team while training, at least you get paid a fair paycheck, vs, basically slave labor. The only time I took home more than a thousand dollars in a paycheck at Cargo was while training, I would have been pissed if I was getting 300 or 350 a week instead like the other training companies pay. (or paid at the time I was training)
