Whistle / Squeal When Turbo Boost is High

Tightened all the hose clamps and v bands. ..i dont have anything to cut the bands so i guess it will wait.

 

Ended up being the two bands on the air bellows closest to the intercooler.... Got it fixed under warranty.

Have you noticed any difference in fuel economy so far?

 

Pulling only 18k right now... But it's getting 8.0 at 67mph

 

Egr cooler or round intake pipe to cooler or air to air plumbing do smoke test you will find it real quick

 

How do you smoke test?

 

You can try at other brands dealer if it’s closer to you like freightliner or international. Or call the company they know for sure whom they sold this machine to in your area.

 

Take your foot off the skinny pedal driver.
