Who's The Worst Of Them ALL to work for?

Again its an individual thing, I started with CRST as an o/o and had to go to a lease, while not making a fortune we make a living been here 1.5 yrs. Good luck in whatever you do next!

Resentful driver that keeps expecting for things to be different in an industry that is what it is?

I was gonna say, where is CRST? Their otr company drivers are the most unhappy people I have run across. I did dedicated for them and it was pretty good. Home every week but pay wasn't that great. The otr company team drivers seem miserable though.

 

heres the way I see it... SWIFT get a bad rap but only because they one of the if not the largest company. so it would seem normal to see more flaws if theres more trucks! But I drive with covenant transport.. I believe its one of the worst companies out there after getting out talking to my fellow drivers & past drivers. Covenant says they commit to care ITS A BOLD FACE LIE! I know for a fact, Ive been abused I been called a liar, and they have stollen my valuable time! they waist student time also... a student get on a truck just to haul lazy trainers up and down the interstate sleeping (Never backing a truck EVER) not getting any needed experience. and only passing the upgrade test cuz they are willing to pay the corrupted safety manager to sign off. they never even look at the student driver. just sign the paper so, when the student leaves in their truck they are set up to fail! while the trainer get $700.00- $1200.00 bonus. (What a gig!)

I'd vote for CRST purely because they're the only company that I've seen make a grown man not just cry, but sob in the truck stop lounge. Plus how good can a company that thinks duct tape is the only tool needed to do bodywork be?

 

Certain weeks I hats my otr company...other weeks there ok.but concsistency is a farce...so the hate outweighs the good aspects by a longshot.honestly otr...sucks....anyone who says it doesn't ...will also try to sell you swampland in Arizona....
