Call the quit line ! American Cancer Society . I did and im smoke free 1 month . Was a 2 pack a day smoker . Sometimes 3 depending on the traffic . 6th attempt at quiting finally think i got this habit kicked . For those of you fighting a cig addiction . You can do it ! If i can anybody can . Sounds corny i know but i just hope everyone quits especially truckers . Driving is tough on our health without smoking .

    .
And, how many tax payer dollars went into this study?

It would have been cheaper to stand outside a XXX theater, and check the guys with boners as they walked out....having seen a picture.

    Same conclusion. DUH

That's probably true. It's ok, because it's not much good for quitting either lol.

Yup, banned in US for several months. Just in the past month, for Canadian drivers.

It worked for my mom, but made her so sick, she quit taking it.

I'm working on quitting. I managed to get down to 2-3 cigarettes a day.... then my middle brother called and it turned into a bad case of "Give me a cigarette and no-one gets hurt..." I'm trying it again. And my best ally seems to be Altoids hot cinnamon gum....

Okay...I'm about to admit how weak I am :biggrin_2552:

I was down to 1 cigarette a day for 3 months, boot camp.

Went right back to almost 2 packs a day, when I got out of boot.

Was doing close to 200 pills (amphetamines) and a bag of weed a week while working oil field (2 years). Walked away from those, as if I had never had any in my life, when I quit. :biggrin_2552:
