Why so long to process accident scenes?

The OPP milking the system for OT. Hwy 11 closed at Beardmore yesterday for 20 hours…Weekend big truck crashes are numerous but seem to be a Friday to Sunday activitiy.
I was first at other closure (26 hours) at Shabaqua Sunday…I turned around and went home but not before a big truck went around closure and slid off into opposite ditch a mile up the hwy.

 

I hope the big super coop by Thunder Bay cleans up some of the bad actors and/or picks on the companies hiring them to pull their trailers .. the majority of crashes are from these fly by night outfits pulling for these companies who get off scot free because it’s not their authority.
