The entire crew(equipment and "guns") is onsite until the job is completed. Once they are rigged up and "armed" the crew usually splits off into day and night shift and start 12 on 12 off rotations. As long as you are not back at the "yard" you are being paid(yes even while slumming at the hotel)

Yea,3-4 per shift if fully staffed........once your all rigged up and running,only the reel operator is actually doing anything,but the others will be breaking down the last gun and prepping the next one.

the company is Reach Wireline their hq are in weatherford tx but most of their work is west texas and new mexico... we parted ways a month or so ago but they do have housing included for 200 a pay check bi weekly or did then... they guaranteed 100+ hours pay even if you managed to not work that much one week or on your off week... its a good gig if you can get in... they hire then go quiet then hire againSeattle206 Thanks this.
