At this juncture of the forum posts I would personally like to make it clear I am in no way shape or form associated with the posters within this forum or said thread whom disagree with SNI or Mr. Chis Lofgren.

I further more am appalled at the discourse found on an open forum regarding the working conditions set forth and within SNI ICOA.

Please continue the regularly scheduled bashing.

Never mind I retract my previous statement due to mental fatigue from reading between the lines of the ICOA.

Haha! My husband is just starting the process of becoming an IC with Choice, but I will say this: ALL companies have their good and their bad. There isn't a single company that is perfect! And just because it seems perfect today, give it time. That will change, as it always does. Everyone just has to figure out what they can deal with and what they can't and find a happy medium that works for them. :) Remember the phrase, "You can't make everyone happy." It applies here, as well.

    Carry on! :)

Yeah SNI reads this forum, the recruiter in SLC knew about it right around the time when that I/C was threatening to post factual results of how SNI wasn't paying 65%.

Why do you think you always end up with broken tandems? SNI's box planners aren't incompetent, they're just the tool Loftgren uses to punish impertinent drivers

I won't take jacked up MTs.
That crap only happens with preloaded trailers and usually that comes with whatever the yard jockey randomly picks out.
