    Blowing the horn in a neighborhood also makes an impression on home owners and HOAs. Those people sometimes elect pubic officials that enact laws making life hard for people driving commercial trucks in neighborhoods.

    Anyone that is bothered by this kind of thing are people I'm happy to piss off anyway, so it's a win win.
