Like a family and the company is always very straightforward. Management is very approachable and they are down to earth. They are now investing in new equipment and trailers. Never any worry about money or fairness.

Pros

Very honest company and you never have to worry about fairness.

Cons

Seasonal work that is very busy in the summer.

Plan to spend 4 to 6 weeks out before you see home. Their is lots of competition out there, weigh your options that suit you. If you are a true team, sky's the limit and my advice is get a truck that has 84' sleeper or better. Don't settle for a new 72' and have a huge payment. Not good!!

Pros

Lots of short haul ltl work if u want

Cons

Benefits expensive, get own Ins.
