This company is a JOKE!! Stay away, stay FAR away!!! The tuscaloosa terminal is a pitiful excuse for a terminal. The office staff are really rude and treat drivers like crap. There is never enough freight for the drivers they have.

Buddy Moore Trucking is a company with ZERO INTEGRITY and they have no clue how to dispatch a driver. I have never worked for a company where the dispatchers will tell you to head here no wait head here sorry no go back to the first place I sent you oops sorry go here instead oh sorry so on and so forth. The head safety guy Chad Duffell seems like a good guy but he truly is not, Chad will not talk to you like a man, no he will hide behind the women in the Opp, AL office. Buddy more only pays .39 cpm and you have two way facing cameras and peoplenet OBC. Just like every other company, if the truck moves to heck with getting it fixed even if it is a new truck.

Pros

The only good thing is the truck will run 70 mph.

Cons

The office people have NO INTEGRITY and they will lie right to your face. If you get hurt, you get fired.

Buddy Moore trucking is a awesome company. my dad has been here for 9 years.

I have been here for 3 years. yes Scotty is a awesome dispatcher. we have great dispatchers. 1 has won an award for best dispatcher in the ATA. BMT has won many awards from the Alabama truckers Association.
