New Drivers are assigned the most faulty trucks, maintenance is Drivers responsibility during reset, dispatch is arrogant and rude, managers are dishonest and quite incompetent. The company struggles with down talk and respect for their Drivers as reflected in pay issues, incompetent management and hazardous equipment.
Pros
Ok just to fill in time until a respectable company hires you on.

Faulty equipment, too much down time, payroll issues, incompetent management and just downright rude.
