I've been put into 7 different trucks that have broke down or not started. The company is a crazy mess and the shop is even worse. They do not care about their drivers

Pros

Home time is supposed to be a week. I've been stuck in broken down trucks so I haven't been able to get home

Cons

Worst place for respect and their equipment is garbage

My name is David and I’ve been working with these guys about 4 months and so far everything has been great especially the pay. If you want to work they will give you the miles.

Horrible company, was lied to about equipment prior to arrival, was told nothing older than 2018 and we were in a 2015 with a ton of issues, the person we ran under tried to force us to drive that truck with a bunch of violations on it from the tires to the blown marker lights. Everything that was questioned for repair was always an issue. I believe this company run up under different fictitious names so it’s hard to know who exactly you work for so each person may have a different experience depending on which fleet owner you work for. The one my co driver and I worked for was not an honest person to work for. He told us he had direct contracts which was also a lie, he had a dispatcher over seas that got loads from the load board. There was a lot of bait and hook from the recruiter who uphold him as this extremely professional owner but she quickly gave us an option to go work with another owner due to the issues with this guy. I would say simply to be prepared for whatever with this company including not being paid, we could not receive settlements showing what you ran for the week so you only had the BOL as proof of your runs. He only wanted to send you an EFS code and marked it as fuel when he did pay you anything. I was told he would not deposit anything in a business bank account because he didn’t want to pay taxes. You definitely have to make sure you cover yourself on all angles, I made sure that I kept documents on everything because companies like this find a way to cheat you out of money you earned. This was the most stressful 3 weeks I’ve dealt with so I’ve had to start legal action due to all the issues with the company. I wouldn’t say that all the fleet owners that are under the same umbrella are like this particular one but, just be mindful of the type of company you run under.

Pros

You can get the miles with good equipment.

Cons

Pretty much everything was bad because you get harassed consistently while you’re trying to focus on doing your job then you have to worry about if you will be paid.
