Home time, pay is decent Driver application isn’t bad but only because the owner is watching over his staff

Cons

Poor understanding of fmcsa rules and driver needs. Bonus program is a joke. They tell you one thing when you start and do another

I don't like to write reviews but I would like to tell u about this company. Everyone who came here on my recommendation scolds me fornot telling them about hmd earlier. I have been in this industry for a long time and have seen many companies that treated me as a simple employee and paid me little money. After the interview with Kate I had mixed feelings but over time I realized how cool this company is. The benefits are fantastic and affordable and the perks of the job are plentiful here. They have great equipment good mechanics good staff very friendly staff most part of it will help to get the money. It is a decent job for me I enjoy the experience of being apart of the HMD.

Cons

I live quite far from the terminal and I would like to see my family more often

I have nothing but good words to say about this company! The team is great, very responsive and always on time. They also know that family time with your family is important. The work home balance is just that a balance. New well maintained equipment, top of the line trucks with creature features that even an Owner operator would appreciate. I don't like to write reviews on companies, but this time I just want to thank HMD THE BEST!!!
