Home every week, good equipment and great dispatch. Dispatch gets to know the driver by name. I average 3000 miles per week. Usually run where you like.

Pros

Plenty of miles and great home time. No forced dispatch.

Cons

Trucks are 71 miles per hour now.

I am home every week, mostly on weekends. Dispatch is very flexible and gives me options as to where I want to go. I also was able to pick out my own assigned truck.

Too many politics.claudia (fleet mgr.)reminds driver's she's the boss Everytime they come home .throws her weight around .good supervising mechanics n driver's have quit because of this ladies attitude
