I’ve been trucking 24 years never run into such a BS company in my life. They legally take an escrow out of your check every week. Maintenance is a joke Mechanic do nothing and go home at 12 o’clock noon. They switched me to a new truck that was previously damaged from the driver. They fired him. They said it was ready to go. I found They half smoked a joint in the cup holder. Good thing I discovered that I would’ve been a major $hit if I would’ve been pulled over then they charged me over $1300 of my escrow for damage the previous driver did. If you wanna go on personal conveyance to get something to eat, they have a problem with it but if they need a load picked up or delivered and you’re out of time, they have no trouble using it for hours on end when it suits their purpose.

Pros

If you like to get ripped off and micromanage

Cons

Should’ve left when they started charging an escrow

My husband and I worked for them, communication is seriously lacking but the pay was decent. A low hanging branch hit the top of our trailer and these guys took $1500 each out of our last checks. To add insult to injury it took about 4 weeks to get out last checks at all, and the cowards just dodge your calls. Hope you like taking pre and post trip pictures because these rude mofos dont trust anyone and will illegally take escrow and put off maintinence and blame you. Needless to say, they will be getting a call from an attorney any day now.

Over all this is a great company to work for. Just have to be patient with them and they will take care of u.

Pros

The nicest people I've ever worked for. Very respectful. Good home time. Good pay and pretty good miles.

Cons

Getting maintenance on truck and truck washes is not so good. No down time pay so far. Hard to get detention pay.
