Been with them for 2 years both on lease and then as a company driver. You work hard - you get paid well. You break the truck - you pay out of pocket. They never charged me for any mechanical or wear/tear expenses. Read what 1099 contractor means. You all need to flip burgers with such attitude.

Pros

Lots of work, brand new trucks, opportunity to make good $$$ if you are not a lazy bums like most of the reviewers.

Cons

Lots of trailers had issues because of other drivers not taking care of them.

First of all I would like to give a shout out to STL truckers/EBE. They are one of the worst trucking companies in America they are thieves N scammers with their whole trucking business the team leader for EBE company who lives in Florida is a joke if something don't go his way he blocks your number instead of communicating like a team manager should do he's a lil boy. Second of all they do illegal stuff which is not DOT approved .they want you to drive for 20 hours straight even if you run out of drive time they will reset your clock for you which is illegal I have pictures and proof if need be. they don't want you to sleep eat or shower once you decide you want to get some rest and take a break they will harass you and call you multiple and multiple times I have over 30 some missed calls within 2 hours of me trying to get some sleep after driving across country 15 to 20 text messages on my phone and the tablet asking me why am I sleeping. They don't take care of their trucks you tell him something wrong with the truck they just tell you keep driving until it breaks down baby asking you to tape other people's names on their truck just to get a load off they take $250 out of your check every week for these so-called charges that they have or they can give you for when you leave just to keep your money. They charge me $1,000 for getting a speeding warning YES A WARNING for going 6 miles over the speed limit then after they gave me these two more charges for truck lease for 2 days just to take the rest of my money. Which is a scam the whole time I was working never heard of a truck lease payment now all sudden they make it up when I leave just to keep the money and can't nobody explain it to me why. When they're done with you they all will block your number so you can't contact them anymore they don't want to verify you working there for your next job and they don't even have official numbers that use some app called telegram so they can delete and erase everything when done and wherever you at when they done with you you're stuck there until you find your own ride home anywhere in the country. So make sure you screenshot everything you do if you decide to take that chance and gamble with these unprofessional people that have this trucking company because they will leave you out to drive don't trust nothing that they do when you try to call again information they going to pass you around nobody can barely speak English majority of them is out of the country not even here in the states don't care what you got going on they just want you to keep driving sick and all. So just be careful before you go sign up with this trash STL/EBE company -1000 stars.... Oh and here's some pictures of the truck that they gave me and wanted me to keep that they did not clean after they told me this maggot infested truck it was clean enjoy

Response from STL Truckers LLC

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but it seems there may be some confusion. You were employed under EBE Transport, which operates separately from STL Truckers. While we share some ownership and resources, STL Truckers has its own management, policies, and compliance standards. STL Truckers maintains strict adherence to FMCSA and DOT regulations, and we do not tolerate or support any unsafe or illegal driving practices. We take all feedback seriously and encourage you to contact us directly at 501-503-1217 so we can better understand your concerns and ensure they are directed to the correct company. Thank you for bringing this to our attention
