DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DISPATCH LEE WILL SCREW U OVER ON HOME WEEKENDS.PLUS MAKE CALLS IN NIGHT, WHILE YOUR SLEEPING. WILL SEND OTHER DRIVERS, BIKERS TOO WAKE U UP ON UR 10 HR BREAK ,TOO RUN MORE LOADS THAT DRIVER GET SCREW OVER. MOST RUNS ARE LESS THAN 300 MILE BUT LEE WILL ONLY PAY YOU. 125 MILES OF RUN. TRUCKS KNOCK A LOT DUE FACT CHEAP SHOP NO OIL. WEIGHT.

Pros

Get grants too go on cruises.instead of helping there company out.

Cons

Know how too screw the American trucker out of money, then sell your information too dark website.

You wont find a better company to work for. Pay and benefits are better than most, and the driver managers are better than any company in the industry. Heather and Steve will bend over backwards for you, to make sure that you are happy.Open door policy for the owner is exactly that! You can walk right into the owners office, sit down.

Pros

Driver Managers make this company better than any others

Cons

65 mph trucks are the only drawback, that I can think of. It's really not a Con, since most companys are regulating truck, anyway.
