Great company to work for I like everybody there great environment. I get my home time when I request it I stay out for weeks at a time you get one day off per week that you stay out I Bank mine up take a few days at a time

Pros

If you like to drive and you like the miles you can stay out as long as you want

This is company is the worst I have ever had dealings with. Their equipment is junk! They show nice macks on their website, however the truck you will most likely get is damaged and will constantly be in the shop. You will not be paid the money or benefits that you are promised. The dispatch are nothing more then a gang of thieves! You will be sitting constantly in docks and lied to about loads! Stay away!!! You will fight to get any decent mileage, and when you say something you are the problem!

Save your record don't even start with them!!!!

The broke down equipment the liar of recruiter promising 3k or better, yea the trucks may run fast but I can guarantee you while see the inside of the KW shop more then the road...

Poor Management - Too many chiefs with egos and employees receive multiple direction from each - Chaotic environment with long working hours - No compensation for taking call after hours but you must be at their beck and call - Corporate comes in and local management has no clue what is going on - Poor Communication from management at all levels - Employee moral is not good - Loyalty means nothing they will dismiss you at the blink of an eye.

Great company to work for,they value there drivers. 1600 sign on bonus 150 referral bonus. 3 cent for each mile driven paid at a quarterly bonus that's actually obtainable
