I am here a while, and I gotta say... this company’s solid. My recruiter shot it to me straight from the jump, no broken promises. Dispatch keeps me rollin’, good communication and they don’t leave you sittin’. Trucks are in good shape, no junk on the road. Pay hits every week, miles stay steady around 2-2.5k. Home time’s on point. Ain’t a perfect gig, but they treat drivers right, and that’s what counts out here.

Pros

Honest recruiter,good dispatch,solid equipment, on-time pay

Cons

Some shippers really take their time..miles can be lower some weeks, especially during holidays

Recruiters(Jane) lie. She told and promised $2500 weekly and later when I spoke to other drivers no one seems to make that paycheck unless it's been a lucky week. Aside from that, others do actually deliver when it comes to dispatch and eq. There wasn't separate raring for recruiters otherwise I would rate dispatch 4 stars. If they just didn't hire the drivers under the false pretenses, they would be an okay company.

Pros

Loads, miles, service

Cons

Lying to get you aboard, constant problems with safety...

Response from AAA Freight Inc

Hi Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear there was any confusion regarding pay expectations. Our offer is percentage-based, meaning earnings depend on miles, routes, weekly availability, etc. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with our dispatch and equipment teams, they work hard to support our drivers every day. Our goal is full transparency, and we always encourage drivers to reach out directly to discuss pay expectations in relation to their performance and workload. We’re continuously working to strengthen our support system to help every driver reach their goals. Thank you again for your feedback. AAA Freight Team

I worked for AAA Freight as an OTR driver and I can say they were generally fair. Like anywhere, there are good and bad days, but overall, it was one of the better experiences I’ve had in the U.S. Dispatchers are mostly professional and tried to work with me whenever possible. Things aren’t always perfect, but if you communicate clearly and show that you’re responsible, they’ll usually respect that. The trucks are in good condition, mostly newer models, and regularly maintained. If something isn’t right, getting it serviced was never a big issue, they usually respond quickly. Safety is important to them, and they follow the rules. As for pay, it was on time, and what we agreed on was mostly delivered. Mileage is solid, especially if you’re willing to run and not be too picky about routes. It’s not an easy job, but if you do your part, you can make decent money.

Pros

Professional and fair communication with dispatchers Regular pay Good mileage and stable work Mostly newer trucks

Cons

Just like anywhere in the OTR business...if you’re not driving, you’re not earning. You won’t always get the perfect routes (sometimes you’ll go places you don’t like), but they do their best to listen to you.
