However, in its pursuit of expansion, it adopted a corporate mentality that disregards logic, reason, and dignity. Many employees feel undervalued as payment commitments are frequently overlooked. The company often hires inexperienced individuals who can be very biased. The excessively controlling management style also stifles creativity and productivity, cultivating a toxic work environment. The owner and his inner circle display arrogance and a troubling lack of common sense. Unfortunately, many employees either lack industry knowledge, fail to recognize their value, or are willing to sacrifice their integrity for titles they have not honestly earned.
