Bonuses not paid. Lost pay. Will not pay for splits or demurage it’s ignored. Manager states I like it but ignores everything. Expected to do a good job but accountability of the company means nothing. Seems company going out of buissness? Stay away if you’re smart.

Pros

Start time only that’s it

Cons

Poor managers, not paid bonus as hired for

They make you take a personality quiz, so they can deny you for not being a conformist. If you don’t do what the CEO wants he yells at you and doesn’t pay you what you were promised

Incompetent, good ole boys. Truck Driver Class A CDL (Current Employee) - Portland, OR - November 20, 2024 This company once flourished when it was smaller, creating a strong sense of community and accountability among its employees. However, in its pursuit of expansion, it adopted a corporate mentality that disregards logic, reason, and dignity. Many employees feel undervalued as payment commitments are frequently overlooked. The company often hires inexperienced individuals who can be very biased. The excessively controlling management style also stifles creativity and productivity, cultivating a toxic work environment. The owner and his inner circle display arrogance and a troubling lack of common sense. Unfortunately, many employees either lack industry knowledge, fail to recognize their value, or are willing to sacrifice their integrity for titles they have not honestly earned.

Pros

Brownie cookies for your birthday.

Cons

Lack of positive human relations.
