Dispatchers and load planners are the worst. The owner doesn't care about the company or drivers anymore, she lets dispatch do whatever they want. Pay is low because dispatch is constantly making you shutdown and park. Inconsistent loads, dispatchers are constantly changing your dispatch while you're on it.

Pros

Trucks are nice and well maintained.

Cons

Dispatchers and load planners are completely incompetent, owner doesn't care.

Do not work for them they lie to much a lot of people are gone from there they dont care about you

Great company no lies told to me the recruiters met us at the hotel at 7am I got a brand new Kenworth 50 cpm n home weekly u get $130 extra for nyc but it’s optional at the moment my wife is in intensive care n they have me s leave of absence Call n use my name David Barratt ask for Abby
