One of , if not the worst company I've ever worked for. Equipment is junk, no set start times, management is atrocious and lie about everything. mileage and stop pay, you chase fuel around all night and only get paid one stop, family owned and of course they stick together. Medical insurance only, seldom can you use it, all procedures must be approved first, that seldom happens, pay checks are always short. Six day work weeks, no sick days, stay away.

Pros

There is nothing good about this place except the day you leave.

Cons

everything, everything, everything, everything, did I mention everything.

I went to that company to get some experience, after getting hired was told I had to drive to Lancaster to get the truck, when I asked why they said that's where we park them, I said what about the trucks in the yard, they said those are for our senior drivers only, we have trucks parked numerous places. They park units all over to reduce mileage paid, change loading terminals for lower priced fuel but don't pay extra stops, gotta give them first hour wait free, lie to customers about late deliveries, got yelled at numerous times b4 I showed em my paperwork stating don't load till certain time for price difference or don't bother coming back, trailers were OLD & UGLY, 16 months and done, off to better and greener pastures.

Pros

some of the drivers were actually nice

Cons

Lmao, not enough room to accommodate what you need to know, never seen a more screwed up outfit, best of luck.

I was there 7 months till I had to leave, couldn't believe the junk trucks in this place, horrible equipment, should be a salvage yard instead, mileage and stop pay equals lots of hours for little money. Have fun.

Pros

you get a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

I'm still in recovery, therapist says I need more time and sessions.

I lasted 6 months before I had to quit, it is family owned and run, they lie to all their customers, the equipment is ancient and awful, lots of hours for very little pay, no set start times or days off, in short stay away.

Pros

you get paid, 40 cpm plus stop pay and basic medical insurance which must be approved b4 you can use it which seldom happens

Cons

Way to much to list, good luck to any of you who decide to work for them, no therapist could help you with these guys.

Bazell oil is based in Logan, Oh. They have poor equipment and poorer management. No money invested into the equipment. Pay is 40 cpm plus 15.00 stop pay. Company paid medical insurance only, procedures are rarely approved, no dental or 401k, 6 day work week, 13 hours daily, no set start or finish time. If drivers pre-trip inspection includes defects in the equipment a suspended day off is administered, if you refuse to drive the equipment a suspended week off is administered. Dispatcher is owner's son in law, you figure it out. 100.00 monthly safety bonus is never paid out due to technicalities, if you give your notice do not tell them where you're going as they will bad mouth you to your prospective new employer. Stay away, far away.

Pros

You get paid. company paid medical insurance.

Cons

Everything else, Low pay, long hours, poor equipment, poor benefits, poor management.
