25 years with HO Wolding. Bison come in. Ran everyone off. Took pay and home time away. Redid practical mileage pay to a address to address short route. In some cases 80+ miles have been cut from original paid mileage. Paid extremely short miles. Pay is below the national average. Corporate greed. Cold atmosphere. Not much care about you as a driver.

Newer trucks. Great for beginner to get experience.

I was a driver trainer here and was fired because I reported one of my students swearing at me and I even had video proof. Training coordinator is a idiot and told me that he couldn't fire him for that. He kept badgering me that I eventually swore at him and was fired for it.

Sit often. impossible to get ahold of anyone. Messages and voicemails get magically deleted. Told im not promised to get home…supposed to be one company yet some of the companies are governed higher and paid higher than “one bison” ????. Constantly broken promises

The pay sucks here's what got paid since Bison took over Harrt transport.by dates 6/30/23$748 6/23/23$1093 6/16/23$882 6/02/23$688 5/26/23$1019....also the terminal manager doesn't care trust me my DM she gives me less then 2500 miles a week from Monday to Friday I'm looking at 1400 to 1900 miles at 75% a mile BAD,BAD,BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR...TRUST ME LOOK AT MY PAY BY DATES

Harrt was better they gave me a guarantee pay of $1,334 Bison stopped it all

If your respect yourself do not seek employment year. Usually at companies, there may be a few bad eggs. Here the system is out to get you and it's run by cruel horrible people.

I can't think of any. I was lied to so many times
