They lie about work. There's not much money to be made. Management doesn't know how to run things and hides pay until last minute. Certain managers are rude and inconsiderate.

Gave the 2 star rating for dispatchers and managers as one dispatcher, of 3, is actually really good. I gave a 3 on equipment because it's brand new but, maintenance is like pulling teeth most days. The company has new pneumatic sand trucks. Management lied about the work load, to get me on. I was averaging around 1,500 every 2 weeks. One of the managers was very disrespectful. Seemed to take pride in being mean and disrespectful to the truckers. The brief time I was there, he'd have us on standby, some times working in the yard all day long with no loads to run and expect us to run loads all night without sleep if called. There's no communication. Everything is found out last minute. You can't make plans while on down time because of it.
