Very poorly run company at Mount Zion location . Its anything goes . no maintenance for trucks .It is what it is .

Horrible management No one explains the job thoroughly No one seems to care about you No instructions given to be successful If you work at night good luck getting help Rude people in safety and after hours phone lines People in office give pretentious and arrogant vibes as if you’re dumb and they’re above you. (Human Resources) At this company you’re just another employee and it shows in how much they care.

Stay away.saftey runs this company and they suck.i was injured and after months of workers comp they let me go.

Don’t even apply to this company if you consider yourself a “professional driver” they are extremely unprofessional. Their equipment is never maintained trucks constantly breaking down, dispatchers and fleet manager communicate very poorly, they will shave miles off your trip because they don’t account for truck routes, if you decide to inquire about paychecks or anything they don’t like they will literally ignore your calls and texts. When my truck broke down and I resigned they had another driver grab my truck with all my belongings and didn’t inform me about anything. I REPEAT DONT EVEN APPLY FOR THIS JOB ITS A WASTE OF TIME IF YOURE A PROFESSIONAL

Been here 5 yrs, job was once the best kept secret in the industry but, sadly enough, key personnel changes have been the downward spiral of this job.
