Feb,23...100% O/O, 73% to the truck.you will make good money if you're willing to run. I have no complaints on this company. Trailers are a lil old but maintained. Contracts on meat loads that pay well. Brokered loads aren't the best paid but usually @ $2.00 per mile. Dispatchers are always respectable. The owner keeps in contact with everyone thru email weekly, but can be called personally if nobody else can fix a problem for you. Making from 10k to 15k gross and taking home between 4k & 5.5k per week.I do some good home time at times. If you run well you will make the money. Once you drop, 98% of the time you will have your next load.So if someone says the opposite, why am I making it? I say that lots of times it's characters that will create a problem.I'm not a strong character person,so that has helped with 0 problems im my 3 years here. you run good, you will be on dispatchers good choice.you perform bad, (declining loads.late arrivals etc) you probably will not be their best choice. Company has to maintain contracts(customers) in a good standing. and that will be anywhere and anytime you're dealing with a human.????
Pros

My dispatcher is good but the company in a whole, well that is a different story. The mechanic in Amarillo tells you to run a trailer with breaks out of adjustment and a flat tire. The company charges you for a comcheck to pay for lumpers and fees range from $15.00-$50.00 for them. Their fuel discounts are only .08 a gallon off pump price. I ran for them for 3 days and grossed line haul of $1600.00. Sorry, but that is chump money. Not a good place at all. I know of one other driver and myself that are leaving.
