Cons
Sometimes there are delays when picking up or delivering loads; there is an extensive application process but it is necessary because of the high security loads for life science and government and defense.

2 days off for every 7 days away from the house, newer equipment, great staff, and awesome owners.
Cons
One driver must monitor the freight while loaded at all times, but there is plenty of down time.
