The flatbed side is a very close knit group very few and all very friendly. Always helpful and nice the company is very accommodating for pets and spouses run mostly 53ft flats and rarely stepdeck. Run mostly central USA occasionally NE and rarely west

Just started & so far so good. Happy w everything I'm hearing & it sounds like I got a good trainer. Just starting so will update.

Love the staff & sounds like plenty of miles

I have to spend a month in a truck w a trainer.

Home when requested New/well-maintained equipment Always busy (always a load) Usual turnover - drivers/office (hard job not for everyone) NOT for a beginner UNLESS you are stable enough to learn from other drivers (who may not be great teachers BUT are great drivers)

Pros

average pay $60,000 first year new equipent 2017 Volvo VNL 780 friendly/capable dispatcher (flatbed) varied routes (seldom repetative) NO micromanaging (for those needing constant help this might be a con)

Cons

operate a lot in colder climates recently (2018) a lot of turnover far from home (I live in South)
