lower end of pay for car hauling, the managers do not really care about you, they will not have your back, seniority means nothing for this company, Carmax is in trouble financially, 6 hrs of work in a 12hr day

They do not care about drivers even if they say they do, they will cut you loose at a moments notice. HR is not your friend but the enemy
