My experience wasn't to bad however the owner Jim was very nice and the safety crew Jeff was my number one guy my DM no comment which lost his job like I knew he would ???? I am no longer with the company due to a misunderstanding

Carolina Cargo, Is now a much different company than it was.. It has been under new management since late 2020. They have a new pay package, New equipment, South East & Mid West regional lanes..... *Home Weekends *Vacation Pay *Blue Cross Insurance *Much more to offer.

Trucks are late model , New Pay package, Blue Cross Insurance

Cons

Still hard to get anyone on phone because the phone service in area is not great.

Horrible company. They try to withhold money, hoping that you won't catch it. Horrible pay for multi stops and layover and breakdown. They don't pay for shag runs. Recruiter lies about mileage, pay and hometime. Owner refers only to Curtis for resolution of issues. Stay away at all costs.
