Seems better than most, stable workload, dispatch doesn't discriminate, with the installation of cab cameras... it isn't as "fun" anymore.

Pros

Barely hanging onto above normal pay, max 12 hr shifts, great dispatching, tons of work all year around.

Cons

Company doesn't do what they claim. Waiting for a raise for the last 3 YEARS, waiting on uniforms for almost 2 YEARS, Now that drivers are chasing terminal price rather than closest terminal once empty... it hurts the drivers bottomline. Everyone in the company received some sort of Covid relief... except the fuel drivers. Seems the fuel drivers are considered last at every turn.
