They're nice when you're face to face unless you bring up about being dispatched too late in the afternoon. They don't have the equipment or the drivers to meet their customers needs. They've overextended themselves on contracts and commitments. Dispatch has a nasty habit of sending guys on 4 to 6 hour trips at 3:00 p.m. Read the reviews on all the sites. The three star or lower are usually true. I heard one driver there call it "bullying dispatching"... A lot of the high seniority guys are looking for the way out. I've only been here a short time but I've noticed the guys in the newer trucks are going home way earlier than all the rest of the drivers. 2/3 of the fleet is really beat up. Like I said I've been here for a short time and I'm already looking....
