Stay away from this company, I was told that it would only cost 3% to factor but turns out they pretty much get about 25% after all the fees and there is money in the reserve but I never seem to get any of it. Trust me don't use this company!!!

I advise whomever is looking to factor do not deal with this company at all. Ironwood is associated with them and the prices are outrageous. You have to pay an one time fee of $499.99 to start factoring with this company on top of 12.7 percent plus an additional 7 percent for reserved cash that is supposedly yours. When it’s time to submit your invoices if you don’t do the work as far as communication amongst the broker company and Copperwood you will not get paid. They are very unprofessional when it comes to doing the work to make sure you are paid on time and seems that they are only out for themselves to obtain money. Invoices should be submitted before 1pm central time however, I’ve submitted invoices well before 10am and will not get confirmation of pay until almost closing time. This is not a company to go with and once your in the contract your pretty much screwed and they are well aware of this. DO NOT USE COPPERWOOD CAPITAL FOR FACTORING
