Management sucks, pay isn’t the greatest, hard labor, you will spend most times doing hard labor and barely driving, there is favoritism and it shows, dispatch sucks and clueless, equipment pretty new but horrible maintained, if you are looking for a place to build a career it will be super tough here, try at your own risk

Been here for a year so far it’s been great just don’t like sharing a tractor. But the management leaves you alone as long as you show up to work.
