Great company to work for.I have worked with Davenport off and on for over seven years, easy to work with when they have a full crew, you can get off if needed, and get more work if you want if.

For local work, the pay is great (amongst the best). The whole time is great; however, all of the shifts are split. Routes change randomly with little to no notice, and if you loose hours, supplementing income highly unlikely because of the split-shifts. The health benefits are average, and there's no match on the 401K. Overall, it's a good company with a small but nice staff.
