Dedicated systems. Even though I was there a short time not so bad. They pay promised bonuses & keep you running, dispatch is good & answer any issues that arise. Pay per mile is just below average but not horrible. Trucks are newer & maintenence is good with their own shop on property. They paid me for minor work & supplies like gland hand rubbers, reimbursement is immediate when I picked up a truck for them in South Carolina.. eld manager is a blame the driver kind of guy with 0 intrest in working out issues with drivers then gets mad if you express problems with dispatch. I would reccomend this company because it's more postive than negative..
