My dispatcher was good, but hamstrung by management. Don’t get hurt OTJ, though. They say your job will be there, but it won’t be. Not too female friendly towards drivers. Mostly backroad, country driving, which is cool.

Pros

You don’t sit waiting for loads. The shop is pretty good at getting you fixed and back on the road.

Cons

Management condescending attitude disguised as “southern gentility”. If you call them on it, look out. As stated, not too female friendly. Have to supply your own fridge, inverter.

I hired on with the company in December 2022 for a dedicated run from NC to NM which was supposed to last a year. In May I was told I was being taken off the run because they were running out of freight. I had told them when hired I would probably look for another job if they lost the run. Well they terminated me 2 weeks later on a made up excuse. They took back the sign on bonus I was given when hired because I didn’t stay employed for 6 months, not fault of mine. You decide.

Pros

The company had decent equipment.

Cons

Driver has to provide refrigerator, microwave, inverter and any other comforts. But they would install your inverter.

There half wit brownfield manger Fired good mechanic and hired non. Mechanic son..that did not have any tools. ..Manger broker put loads let's company drives stay home .

Very good company to work for very professionalism, decent trucks... but like most places trucks governed at 67 they say but I seem to get passed by the same etc trucks... it does no good to say anything cause I guess it who you are ...

Co.pany sucks don't go work for them you will regret it..they give no support to drivers..they blaming drivers things that it's there problem s..they like drama
