I would stay away from this company if I were you. I very serious. No great company has multiple drivers leaving each month nore does a great company have multiple orientations weekly. This company has been around for a while and you would think that their name would be known in a positive light within the trucking industry. This company has financial issues so what do you think that means for you. Always remember that you're under their umbrella if you choose to be their driver. So, this means when they fail to get decent load rates then you'll have to deal with a small paycheck. If they see a load that isn't to far to drive, but it pays them well,. then this means low miles for you which also leaves you with another small paycheck. Many of these company new and old are subject to a spot market for loads. (PICK YOUR POISON)

This company isn’t for the family man. This company is for the driver who doesn’t have a family and is so happy to meet new people and give them everything before he gives himself anything. This company is for the guy who doesn’t mind his truck having mechanical issues after he’s delivered three loads fresh out of orientation. How about dealing with this company’s banking issues when they attempt to deposit money into your account from banks overseas. Do you like getting cash advances and owing a company back pay every week? Well, this is what you’re going to get yourself hung up in because you will definitely be stuck in the hole. Winter is about to start and boy you better hope that on top of all the mechanical issues that you don’t get stuck at a shipper or receiver because you won’t get a dime. If someone picks up the ohne and feels sorry for you, they may load $12 on your card, but shop wisely because this will have to last you 3 - 4 days. I remember my AC went out in Texas during the hot summer. I was told to purchase a small fan and it will be fixed when I get back to Illinois in 4 days. Well I ended up sleeping on ice bags each day. Imagine those living conditions. How about digging into your account to fix your own personal AC at your home with no issue, but now you’re stuck in a companies truck and have to answer to them???? This company also likes to change their name and run up under other companies authority. Have you ever been issued loads from overseas? Well, your dispatchers that you’ll meet during orientation are from Serbia or Ukraine somewhere. Enjoy!!! they’ll be sure that you’ll be warm under a bridge.
