Absolutely no plan for preventive maintenance. Most of their equipment is leased and most drivers don't take care of it even though it is generally assigned. 90% of the freight is broker and the rest is bulk mail. Dispatch doesn't even have a passing acquaintance with the truth. Don't pay detention even after 6+ hours.

Paychecks haven't bounced.

Poor equipment, mostly broker loads, no pay for waiting.
