It started off pretty good. I got a few loads right off and made $1000 in the first 3 days. That's when it ended...
I was left to sit nearly 4 days without any loads! After I received my first paycheck, I was in complete shock and very disappointed. They took 2/3 of my paycheck to cover fees! After reaching out to other expediting companies, their fees are off the charts. The first week they took $635 and other companies only take $275 to $250. The following weeks are as equally disturbing.
I had to return back to my home state for my daughter's law school graduation. My return started back strong and after the 3rd day, again... it dried up. I made $315 and after fees were removed I made $45! That didn't even remotely pay for fuel! I have a load still due to me for $575 and after they take out their fees I will be in the red for my 3 week experience with this company! I would advise you to ask about their fees and get them in writing. They're not upfront about them, otherwise I wouldn't have driven from Nevada to Ohio to work for this little company.
The fees are totally unacceptable! Make sure you are aware of every fee and know that dispatch isn't good with staying on top of bids.
Pros
No forced dispatch but they tell you upfront not to say no and repeated it a couple of times during orientation.
Cons
The fees are awful and more than industry standards. They also have you sitting for days without loads.

Don't expect to get paid for the work you complete if you work for a fleet owner. Management can/will not enforce their fleet owners to pay their drivers (even though they tell you in orientation that there is no tolerance for late/no payment by their fleet owners).
Pros
Absolutely no pros to working here.
Cons
You will not get paid for the work you complete if you work for a fleet owner. Hidden fees not included in contract you sign. Truck was completely nasty when I received it, multiple urine bottles inside among other things...
