As far as the work load it was great. But the owner is unprofessional and there is no communication. Be aware of the two face trainers they will say your doing great during training and turn around and say another thing to the owner. I would not recommend this employer due to his inability to communicate because of his ADHD (which was the excuse he gave me for not communicating) Also, make sure your a guy apparently they don't like women. Just the morale here is lack luster. The trainers running bets on who their new trainee will run the race. Called them their horse. Disgusting

This AFP is trash and the owner don’t have a clue. He don’t fight for you even though you work hard and stay safe. I’m accused of being late even though I’m always early and do more waiting than driving.

It has been said before, if its to good to be true it probably isn't true.Beaware of his fake selling moto..As now owner/mgr. "I always wanted to be the owner/mgr a driver would appreciate".As for tractors the new day cab Volvos, they ride with a light front end as the steer tires are like 75% in contact with the ground. As if that wasn't bad enough. The boss seem to push the use of CNG tractors (Compress Natural Gas) with have an awful surg in reverse and at stop. I was a home daily 3 day which wasn't bad. But 13hr days average 400 miles a day, Add 1hr to find and fill CNG location. I just wouldn't recommend.

There's NO driver Liaison to discuss issues. Owner is drivers only contact; thats if you can get ahold of him or has time for your call. He perfers texting to phone. Get ready to be wrong because he's always right! If you have a concern or problem. His professional reply is. " "the other drivers don't complain or have the problem like that". NOT All AFP are bad. Just do your homework when finding a good AFP. BASICALLY. I wouldn't recommend this AFP.
