Dispatch is overwhelmed and can’t multi task. Whatever load or route you get your stuck with until they can figure out something else for you. Depending on your route you can get home every day.

Pros

Management is easy to talk to Money is on time Steady work all year round Otr runs are ok and pay is alright.

Slow results from management Need better Runs that pay more

Maintenance sucks mangament doesn't know up from down much less . pay you work for it. .DONT get me wrong nothing wrong with working but don't think everyday is supposed to be a 14hr day yeh right just a few tips getting new equipment helps but shop status sucks MILES sometimes are there local is actually regional. But closer to otr go figure. Pay is % of the load. Detention something else stay on top cause people net goes in and out at the wrong time . Nothing else to say about them. Except it pays the bills. And its a job stay clear.
