*WARNING* Tampa/Orlando Terminals are Managed by 2 idiots who should have been fired months ago.. EXTREMELY toxic work environment. For starters the Top Manager called me a “p***y” when I was home sick with Covid 19. But that’s the tip of the ice berg, He also insults the very people who bust there tails every day with his extremely toxic work habits then laughs at these people and tells them to “go work at McDonald’s” if they don’t like it. If there is an issue that he could have prevented; instead of owning up to it and protecting his drivers he will most certainly throw his employees under the bus! He is famous for approving vacations and then canceling with hours to spare!! If he doesn’t like you or you try to speak out to HR he will send the safety department to spy on you multiple times a week and try to find any reason he can to fire you(I’m assuming so it’s without pay). Furthermore I was involved in a major accident working for this company and when I tried to get ahold of said manager he didn’t bother to answer the phone or even respond to my texts. If you live in the Tampa/Orlando Area my advice would be to run away from this place as fast as you can. You’d be doing yourself a huge favor!

Just started with these guys. Good company so far, but I won't make enough as a company driver to really go anywhere.
