Dispatchers are dumbest that I have seen the only reason they work there they are friends of the family or family member that are in the office they steal money from the drivers

I’ve had a great experience working here , is it perfect ? No. Is any job perfect ? No. After 15 years here I can say the pros still far outweigh the cons.

Pros

Good home time , home when you need to be. Small company atmosphere, good equipment.

The equipment is new there is Hometime here but you have to fight for it which means they try to force you to work weekends They are paying $.60 a mile the loads that they haul our Tyson and Hostess , superior dairy we don’t haul produce no more or seafood because certain people at this company say their drivers are too stupid to haul it

They threaten to fire you over every little thing dispatchers don’t know what they’re doing CEO that belittles his drivers Pay cuts there is no integrity or class at this company it’s all a show drivers are lying and backstabbing Anything you say can and will be used against you Gangloff industries is becoming a micromanaged company with force dispatching The people in the office of this company are very greedy
