Thier family approach and open door policy is awesome. they are always getting new equipment in, and currently building a new terminal

I really like the open door policy to the owners. Very family oriented with good pay. I have the ability to run short and get home a lot or take a long run.

I worked for this company for two years poor dispatching and don’t think well of their drivers they will not take care of their equipment and I ran for the hottest part of the year with no air-conditioning And they say they pay by the miles it’s not it’s by ZIP Code how can you go by that all lies

This second-generation company has gone downhill since it changed leadership. The current managers don't value their drivers. The claim to have a family atmosphere is misleading. You are nothing but a number there. I have nothing to recommend about this company.

I can't think of any pros for this company.

Cons

Don't expect equipment to be maintained well. The mechanics are not knowledgeable. There is poor communication among dispatchers, and night dispatch often is unable to help or unwilling to answer the phone. You will get the runaround if there is trouble with the truck. When you are unable to go out, don't expect to get paid...even if you are left sitting because of an equipment failure. You can expect to be accused of being unwilling to run. They will push you to run illegally, and there is no s
