Great company to drive for. The only reason I left is because I moved to Florida. Excellent Equipment. Great Dispatch. Great office girls. Great Shop guys.

Need experience good for that other than that wouldn't work here they are thieves an lier's work you over the law of hours an don't pay detention pay they pocket it with excuses that why you aren't owed it when you see it on an off check

Poor communications, Disciplinary procedures not complete and not followed, Stealing driver'side pay for repair costs, established vacation time not equivalent to drivers work days.

Pros

Service attempts to keep up with repairs needed

Cons

Pay below industy standard, uses excuse that because other companies treat drivers poorly they will too. Unwilling to raise the standard bar.
