Overall they were a decent company. My dispatcher was Dave and he was pretty decent. He dealt with the confusing and incorrect information that customer service sent him. About the only true beef I had was dealing with too many broker loads. Too often the brokers gave incorrect information and refused to give a correct ph# so a driver could clarify directions and pertinent info. Then someone wants to blame a driver because of bad information.

I get the miles that I need they are very caring for any family situations or time off all you need to do is request it with dispatch as long as you are willing to work you will make money you can't be lazy and think why aren't my checks good most loads are drop and hook or live loading/unloading

Gray steals money from there employees they find any way possible especially payroll department I would not recommend anybody to drive for them

This is a great company. Good people. Easy to get along with. Good home time. Good runs good pay and benefits.

The equipment is totally trash. Old international (walmart) trucks that just seem it last days. From the owner to the dispatchers do not have a clue on taking care of the drivers. Always got to over look your paycheck, always short or as they say " forgot to pay you for this". Bottom line is this company should not be in business, I still trying to figure that one out.
