GOE is a hidden gem. They have consistent freight and have their own private freight. They check all the boxes. Good per-diem, company paid healthcare, west coast runs back and forth to Omaha and east coast etc…

Pros

Pay , long haul, paid healthcare, consistent operations

Cons

It’s trucking lol

Top 5% tier company. Phenomenal team of people here! If you’re looking for a career in trucking or any job this team is top notch!! Maintenance: Michael and the guys are on point every step of the way. Those 2 diesel mechanics can do what most companies need 10 guys to get the job done! It’s amazing. And also being friendly at the same time to drivers. Everybody here is on point. They have a good balance between safety and operations. Never had to get my paycheck corrected or was shorted on pay. I would put greater Omaha in top 3 trucking companies to work with, next to Costco and Walmart. Greater Omaha is better based on company paid healthcare, highest layover pay, best detention pay and they haul there own commodity, In my 25 years working in various fields I’ve never met a more influential, charismatic, intelligent leader than Brent Falgione. Seriously a solid man and good leader. I can say the same for everyone working with him. It’s truly an amazing team working here. Dispatch is 100% on point. I loved working with them. Safety is very helpful and not unreasonable in any situation and they lead more like a calming force wanting to help you. Linda and Chris are awesome. Mark is great and will help you with everything you need as well. Never had a problem getting home

Pros

Pay , home time is perfect

Cons

Trucking is hard work

Very good company and no one is paying me to say it. A very driver focused company, they keep you moving. Just like any other trucking company, you learn the b.s. they have running lanes all over, but primary lanes are 80 and 70. Lots of drop and hook. Good pay and CPM.

Pros

Miles, maintenance, safety, load options, lots of drop and hook

Cons

Use only 1 fuel network, safety, lack of pre-planning/last minute dispatching, no assigned dispatchers.

Thing's were better before B rent showed up. I remember when he came over from Crete after he was released. He Smoked like a Chimney every 20 minute's, he would be outside puffing up. He would about near run you over getting outside to to satisfy his nicotine craving. I'm glad the good ole Days are gone.

Pros

Average Equipment, Great Company for Ex-Military unless you don't like Drill Sergeant's

Cons

Good luck getting home if you live too far away from freight. Major micro management. GM is a little Slow.

I've been here since 2015, when the "New Management" happened. It's not a perfect company, but the equipment & miles are great, and I usually know where I am going next before I get there. I am confused about the last review - new management happened almost 6 years ago? I would tell anyone thinking about coming here that I haven't been yelled at or intimidated by a dispatcher/safety. If anyone talked to me like that, Brent , Linda or Jerrod or Jozalinn would know about it right away. I think the reviewer might be being honest, I'm just guessing that the review is based on their experience back before 2015. I think any drivers working here could tell you that there isn't a lot of yelling happening, its a pretty laid back place. I do wish I could get home more often, but I'm either too busy or the part where I live in BFE and there isn't a lot of freight going to where I live.

Pros

Office Staff Miles Free Health insurance trucks

Cons

hometime a lot of night driving (its reefer) run RECAP alot
